We hope you are well and managing through the Covid-19 pandemic.
We are writing to give you an update on how we are planning to manage the transition out of lock-down and working from home to going back to the office from Monday 18 October 2021.
We continue to focus on providing uninterrupted service to our clients and at the same time ensuring safety for both our clients and employees. All of our staff members are now fully vaccinated and our business has in place Covid-19 Safety Plan to ensure:
- Wellbeing of staff and clients
- Physical distancing
- Hygiene and cleaning
- Record keeping – scanning with QR code.
Visitors to our office will be asked to provide proof of vaccination.
Phase 1 of our return to the office will see staff members work on a rotational basis 2 to 3 days a week, commencing 18 October 2021 then moving to Phase 2 which will be full return to the office from 1 November 2021. We expect a smooth transition and no disruption to client service.
