COVID-19 Client Update

We would like to bring you up to date with how DFK Richard Hill is dealing with the unfolding COVID-19 pandemic.

We want to reassure you that the safety and wellbeing of our employees and clients at this difficult time is prime and we are working together to make this as easy as possible.

We have a workplace strategy in place whereby staff, during various stages of the week will be working from home and the office. This rostering program which commences on Monday will reduce the risk of exposure by having half the staff at the office at any one time.

There will be no interruption to our client services and our office will remain open for business.  We are encouraging meetings to be held remotely by phone, however, we do acknowledge that some matters will still need to be dealt with face to face.

Should there be a face to face meeting, we would like to assure you that DFK Richard Hill is well prepared with hand sanitising stations both in the office and the building.  With our spacious meeting rooms, we are also in a position to implement the requisite 1.5 metre social distancing guideline.  During this period, we would kindly request all clients and staff to avoid shaking hands.

We are always here to support our clients and we intend to maintain a high level of business continuity during this uncertain period.
